Shipping policy

Free shipping applies to orders over $100 before taxes and after any discounts are applied. Shipping standard will be the choice of the shipper. Should faster shipping be required, the purchaser waives free shipping and accepts all costs for shipping. Should a shipping location require extra cost of delivery, the purchaser accepts all additional shipping costs.

 Shipping charges on orders under $100 will depend on numerous factors such as shipping location, size of item, and speed of shipping required. Shipping standard will be the choice of the shipper. All shipping rates are applicable to Canada. Shipping to the US and other countries might not be possible depending on location, and the cost of shipping will be the responsibility of the purchaser. We are not responsible for filling orders that aren’t serviced by our chosen carrier.

While we do our best to get your orders picked and shipped in a fast and efficient manner, no guarantees are made regarding the time it will take to prepare, ship, and deliver an order after it is placed. Once an order is transferred to a carrier for delivery it becomes the responsibility of the purchaser.

Local pickup may be an option for orders at the discretion of the shipper. Should a customer select local pickup, no guarantees are made regarding if or when an order will be available for pickup. Pickup locations are decided by the vendor. Once an order is prepared and made available for local pickup, the order becomes the responsibility of the purchaser.

We are not responsible for damage to shipments incurred after orders are transferred to a carrier. Please inspect orders carefully on arrival and notify the carrier of damages. Carrier damage claims are the responsibility of the purchaser.

We reserve the right to refuse shipping on orders. 

Free shipping on orders over $100 is not applicable to oversized orders, and additional shipping charges are applicable.
